Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fakers application ("the App") and the fakers.pro website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Parody and Entertainment Only

Fakers is a simulator intended for parody, creative roleplay, and entertainment purposes only. The App allows users to create simulated social media posts, chats, and AI-powered conversations.

All AI responses are generated for entertainment and do not reflect real opinions or facts. Users are strictly prohibited from using the App to impersonate real individuals with malicious intent, commit fraud, or deceive others in a way that causes harm or violates any laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity for fraudulent purposes.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for users who violate these conduct rules.

4. Subscriptions & PRO Features

Fakers offers optional "PRO" subscriptions giving access to AI Chat, unlimited messages, and exclusive platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more). These are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Oktra shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App. Users are solely responsible for the content they generate and how they choose to share it.

6. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these terms, use of the iOS App is subject to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
